Managament Poem

When it comes to managment I dont feel like a stranger
I know a lot of things like values and ethical behaviour
There is a reason why I went to school
And learned about corporations and entrepreneurs

Now days people are asking how they can make more money
I tell them "you should think about restructuring, or even a new business strategy!"
I am the kind of person who likes opinions to consider
Sometimes my peers call a "Democratic Leader"

There are things in managment that you shouldn't forget
like knowing your role and place in your general environment
But from all of managment just remember one thing
Give it all and do the best for your team
