Interested in a job?
My problem revolves around my work. I own an online store, and in order to develop it, I need people to work for me and take off the pressure of packaging and shipping the products every day. My problem is that all of my merchandse is in my house, with all do the respect, I dont want to turn my own house to an office where people are walking back and forth all over the house. I dont want to rent an office, because phisically it will be impossible to monitor on what's going on in the office, unless I'm working on it full time, but, unfurtonately, I'm a full-time student and Ijust don't have time to deal with that. It's a very frusturating feeling when you know that you can develop your business and make more money, but little problems like that prevents that.

I think that is awesome that you own a little busniess. I don't think i'll ever have the patience to deal with someting like that. But i understand what you are going through, but ways to make more money but you need the help and having people all in your house and what not. i was in the same situation at one point. i use to be a barber and cut hair at my house, well my garage. it saved me money cause i didn't have to rent a chair. i be came my own boss in a sense and it was fine, but then i had all these people over at my house, some i didn't even know or seen before. i became uncomfortable with it. At the same time all these "strangers" is how i earned my money. Eventually I called it quits because i really thought it was an invasion on my privacy.
Having a business of your own is great. Like a baby it requires much attention. Renting out a small space, not necessarily an office, a basement or a small storage unit might be essential for the success and growth of your business; you may want to consider moving to a place with two separate entrances that will allow you to keep you privacy and hire the help you are in need off. Good luck.
